it does. SCORE!!! Guys I bought it. this bike is PRISTINE.... has what i would guess is the the OEM Panaracer 2.1" gumwall tires with 90percent tread (although age cracked), toe clips.... perfect tune, still has all the reflectors! And she delivered it to my work. this has been hanging in a ga...

Also told the GM at my place if he wouldn't let me bring my bikes inside I would find another job. Now they rest nice and cozy upstairs in the VIP lounge.
