Barracuda - Totally Driven!

I bought this stem on ebay last month. It is way too long for my setup. I would like to swap for one similar in about the 110 - 115mm range. Or if this is something you need for restoration, maybe we can work something else out. It is in great condition and still has the caution sticker on top.

I finished up the conversion today. Took foreeeeeeever to clean all the elastomers and goop out. I installed the Wings Dual linear springs and modified the travel. I am getting about 55mm of travel while keeping the fork boots. I can help out if anyone wants to know more details.

I have the 18.5" 12 gauge Walmart Special purchased in 1998, blued with composite stock and heat shield. I have a pistol grip on it at the moment but came with a shoulder stock. I am thinking about having it parkerized.
I alternate-load with bird-buck-bird-buck.
