I'm not going to spend much time on this posting... the frame is dirty, it needs to be cleaned and waxed but my yearlong hunt for a 12" Cuda is finally done! This bike will stay in its "survivor" condition, no restoration in the future, but it will be outfitted with much better parts than new. I already have a NOS 80mm Barracuda quill stem that I scored plus all the other components to get it back on the trail. My little angel can't wait, I don't know if she is tall enough for a 26" wheel, but she is excited and ready to ride! I'll take pictures and update this posting with the final build... right before Pee-wee hits the trail for the first time!

YEAaa and I will be watching for build pictures.....will be nice to see what you come up with for the little one,I am sure she will enjoy it MUCH!!!Relax and have deep water thoughts.
