Bought affordably sounds better, but cheap is an understatement... those "Floating Platform" SPD pedals cost more than you "acquired" the 'Cuda for.

Think of it Mix, since Mark restarted this site, your stable of 'Cudas has tripled in size! Nice... always glad to help a buddy!

I never really paid attention until now, but look how big the Tres Amigos sticker is on this 93 A2R compared to a 94 or later Barracuda. What was up with that?

Good eye Mixalive!

I never noticed that before... I had to run out and check out my '93, sure enough, same large "TREES" sticker. Mark is the expert, any light to shed on Mix's discovery?

Hey Mix, on a different note, did you ever do anything with that compressed fork on your A2R. I don't recall if you were going to rebuild it, scrap it, or run it compressed. If it's still compressed, I might be interested in taking it off your hands for another street project I'm gathering for.

Peace,

at NeoSport.. I was going to rebuild them but could talk about a swap with those ST-M560 series LX 21 speed shifter/brake levers we were talking about a while back? I could include the handlebar stem..

Nice Mix, but all your bikes are done with a nice clean look to the build :) Bike shop I use just had a swap meet / yard sale day and one of the guys there had forks like these but in need of rebuild...everything was set at a fair price that day but I walk away from them...hope that was not a stupid move and one of you guys would have like them..if so sorry, call me names if you like now ...
I did pick up nice Easton CT2 monkey lite bars for a build I have in mind !
Were these pictures done from a ride you just did ? Have wonder if you been making it out for some saddle time .

At the moment, the elastomers are wasted on the A2R's Manitou. They only lasted 3 years.
