I agree with Mix, that is a 16" frame, it looks just like mine and mine is a 16" for sure. That also looks to be an early Marzocchi fork and it does not appear to be compressed, it may still be functioning! Given the lack of obvious use and overall nice condition, I'd say the seller robbed the Cuda of parts and likely scored it from the original owner who never rode it! Man, I wish nice deals on early Cudas like this popped up near me!!! The fork and the Sugino Impel cranks are worth the asking price, the Cuda is a bonus!
