How to measure your Barracuda to determine its size.

Post by mixalive »

This post is to demonstrate how to measure your Barracuda frame to determine its frame size.
As per the 1994 production line catalog, Barracuda’s came in frame sizes 12”, 14”, 16”, 18”, and 19”.
To demonstrate this, I have pictured my 1994 Barracuda Cuda Comp. It has a verified 14” frame. Measure from the center of the top tube (where it intersects the seat tube) to the center of the crank. This measurement determines the size of the frame.
This is not how other manufacturers determine their frame sizes, but is how Barracuda did.
