Vinny, you are absolutely right...
As a mod I feel it necessary to clean it up... a little less eye candy and a little more content. The "ONE LESS CAR" movement is something that I've always been passionate about. Cole and Brandon are true punkers in the best meaning of the word, they have been punk about creating awareness in their community for cyclists' rights to share the road. Their local movement that has spread around the world! I dig it...
now I know what everyone saw when I was jumped by Nazis and I got a full 40 oz Mickey's smashed on my face!
It flattened my nose and busted the bridge of my skull between my the eye sockets... but I didn't go down!!! You never go down as there's nothing but steel toe boots waiting for you down on the ground! I put the closest one to me in a headlock and kept punching, thankfully my friends weren't far away and didn't hesitate to jump in. I patched myself up that night with some cloth tape and a couple Q-Tips jammed up my nose, the bridge was never right but I've had my nose busted over 50 times between boxing, kickboxing, and MMA!
Dang, the visual of his face meeting the tire is gruesome!!!
My contribution happened a little over a year ago... a pair of cyclists from the UK riding up famed Mulholland Drive as they were blindsided by a Ducati rider who couldn't hold his line. I've ridden that stretch of road a few times, it's always sketchy with no room for error! The view from the top is worth the risk and the effort because one end is Pacific Coast Highway and the ocean with the other end being the mountains above Los Angeles and Hollywood. Some gorgeous views to be had at different times of the day, I think Mulholland has the best view of downtown LA!
I hope the idiot riding the Duck got his D*ck kick in by the BI-cycle riders ! See you made a shot at me with your own Tourist postcard pictures, any others care to throw some pictures into the ring this week for nasty or funny wrecks..." D " did a seat picture post one time, how bout Friday we do another shot of a part you love on your bike, cranks, stem what ever ...I will wait to see if anybody bites, if not I will throw something out there and see if others will run with it...Thoughts on this " D " ?
You know " D " the picture of that guy receiving the tire tat on his face is very lucky...just think how it would have been if the steering tube was point in his direction as he fell ...
