Yep some cool bikes- its good to see what people actually ride rather than what the mags tell us we should be riding.

Here's my Pesenti Fly made in Italy in 1999. It is made from a Beryllium Aluminium alloy! It has a 10 speed Campag groupset & it rides beautifully. I have a spare frameset under my bed too ;)

I'll post some pics of my '02 Foes FXC when I get chance too- I want to take some new pics.

ctk-

Sweet ride! I'm only minorly familiar with Pesenti frames... it looks like it's fillet brazed at the all the joints. Is that true? If so, I'm going to start looking for one!

I'm not sure how its welded- as its an aluminium alloy I think its probably tigged and then filed? I have seen a titanium Pesenti on ebay.com and 2 Pesentis on ebay.co.uk (I have those 2 ) Not many people have heard of them and they can go cheaply... he was a builder/designer in Italy who worked for Cinelli, Mizuno and others. He custom made Marco Pantani's bike when he rode a 'Willier' and broke the record up the Alpe D'Huez. Same tubing as mine :)

This is mine. i like the way it looks. unfortunately i need to drive it sometimes. then i don't like it so much. too much money dumped in, custom paint, custom interior, tons of stuff...drives like total crap, handles bad, slow. I came from a BMW background a a few years ago i decided to be cheap when i was shopping for a new car. I'll never make that mistake again

Nice 300. I have always been a big fan of the Z car. I had a 72 240z, and 78 280z in my college days. I had a project 71 240z in the 90's that kind of never got finished. I sold that project to buy the Corvette. It is a nice driver for short folks. Very low mileage as it doesn't get driven much.
