Hey gang,

I hope you've had a nice weekend! Did you ride your 'Cuda? Did you ride at all?

If you didn't ride, here is one for your consideration... enjoy!

I did ride, went and narrowly avoided getting banned to the couch for <almost> spending $60 on another set of Judy SL's. Decided against it. I did pick up a badass set of 31.8 gold anodized bars tho'. Already got the stem...... they are purdy, think I am gonna wrap em instead of grips this time. Diggin the cork these days.

I did not ride my bike, but I did hike and scope out a new illegal access to a greenbelt close by the house. It is part of an incorporated community within Austin's city limits that the back side is within 100 yards of my house. The actual access to the greenbelt is about 2 miles away. It sucks that they have me fenced off but I have found a way around a creek. Sneaky sneaky..

Right on Mix!!!

Gotta love any type of clandestine 'Cuda behavior... +1 for doing it up illegal and +1 bonus point for getting away with it!!! Fences do a good job keeping the idiots inside and feeling safe... they don't keep determined individuals out!!! When are they ever going to learn? Suckers!!!

Didn't ride my Cuda this weekend, but did do a 106 miles with some friends in celebration of a 57th birthday. The true inspiration came from a lady who in the last two years has lost 240 lbs! Down from 400 to 160. She just began riding in April, and sense then has logged 9, I repeat 9 centuries. She kept pace for 75-80 miles at approx 20 mph and finished with an avg of 18+.

The bicycle and bicycling is such a beautiful thing in so many different ways.
