New Food Porn

Got some new parts installed on my Avanti (my urban assault bicycle) last night. Motivational breakfast.... two small fresh baked potatoes-chopped (started them at 6am), applewood bacon, scallions, a little more applewood bacon, a whole chopped tomato, clove of garlic, all seared in the bacon grease, then topped with melty sharp cheddar cheese. Salt, Tapatio, paprika and pepper. Sign it and frame it. I would have taken a picture but I forgot to because I was chewing. Time to go for a ride.

Besides I call foul, tender little lamb who gave his heart for your grill... got pics of that... but you can't get pics of the gourmet breakfast potatoes? You lie!!! Your had cereal, c'mon Derek, just admit it man! No pics... no gravy!!!
