Any Cudaheads running a 1x9 setup?
Re: Any Cudaheads running a 1x9 setup?
I hate you. And may be just a little jealous.
Crap - the fork isn't in the budget for a while, I made home made pasta last night. Rolled it out and pressed it into raviolis stuffed with a caramelized onion, wilted spinach and herbed havarti blend. Served over scratch marinara. Went a little overboard on Thanksgiving shopping too.
My priorities -
1. My girl
2. Cooking
3. My herd

Dude they need lovin too, and they're grateful.
And pork is the new white meat. With gravy.
I like them curvy, but no, over the limit, well, two out of three. And I don't say no very often.

The Texas Chef said, "And pork is the new white meat. With gravy."
Thanks brother, that's awesome, I had a good long laugh after reading that because it reminded me about how George Carlin joked about never trusting a gravy that was made by a man... a man's gravy! Then my twisted mind went right into the Beastie Boys lyric, "... if it's gonna be kind of a party, I'm gonna stick my d*ck in the mash potatoes!"
By the way...

Please do me the favor of pointing out which two have too many curves to be fun and get your lovin', I've got to know! The one in the middle has so many damn twists and curves, riding her would remind of turn 8A, the famous "Corkscrew", at Laguna Seca raceway! Think of it as a military operation... Get out the drop cloths men and bring the flour... we're goin' in!!!

You don't ride them, you roll around in them. Damn I gotta get some plastic sheets. Or maybe a tarp would work.
And I was talking about the one holding the camera. The one in the middle didn't even make the preliminary judging.

neo_pop_71 wrote:Oh okay, that's a simple fix, just swap out it out for a new sealed bearing bottom bracket, like a Shimano UN-53 (or -54 or -55) with a 68/73 shell with widths up to 118... you can't go wrong! Jenson USA sells them for $10.00 with a price match on any other site's pricing but 10 bucks is pretty hard to beat! Here's a link:

I promise this is the last thread I'll dredge up. The link above still works but the only listed shell sizes are 73mm (no 68 listed). Just wondering if that's all they have left, or is it really a "68/73" and will work fine on my '94 A2E.
